LivestockSince Percy Mercer started farming in the 1930s with pedigree pigs and award winning dairy herds, livestock has been an integral part of the Mercer Family Farming portfolio.

Today the two youngest Mercers, Robert and Alec, focus on low density, environmentally sound and welfare orientated farming using traditional methods that they feel have a real future, discarding high-intensity production.

Packington Pork and Packington Poultry raise free-range contented, happy pigs and poultry that are given time to mature. The result is high quality produce with succulent, richly flavoured meat, supplied through Butcher's, Farm Shops and restaurants locally and throughout the UK.
